It is agreed that words beginning with a capital letter, whether in the plural or singular, should have the following definition:
"Publisher": refers to the Group company publishing the Website (GEODESIA).
"Group": means New Altice Europe company and all companies over which it exercises control within the meaning of Article L233-3 of the French Commercial Code.
